Tour Info + Details
- A beautiful half day trip away from the classic sightseeing tours. We begin this slow experience from Siniscola, from where we will drive on the panoramic road to the you will visit an important nuragic sanctuary Jana ‘e Pruna and the nuragic sacred well Su Notante hide behind a jagged mountains Monti Senes.
- After the visit to the nuragic archeologic site, we will climb up to the Culumbos River from where we will enjoy a beautiful view of the Montalbo mountain, of the east coast of Sardinia and of Gennargentu peaks.
- After a brief round trek we will visit a local artisanal brewery to taste their best beers, including their new beer brewed with the typical Siniscola citrus Pompia.
- Before the end of our tour we will have time to visit another important archeologic site of the nuragic era, the Tomb of the Giants.
Tour highlights: Nuragic sanctuary and nuragic Holy well, hike to Punta Culumbos, visit of local brewery, local artisanal beer tasting, Tomb of the Giants.
Tour duration: 10h (8.30AM to 6.30PM).
Tour difficulty level: Easy / Medium.
Suggestions for this tour: Wear good walking shoes (no open shoes, sandals or flip-flops) and comfortable clothes. Bring also one bottle of 1.5 lts. drinking water per person, and sun protection.
